I am the very model of an anime enthusiast
I've information on each kind of anime that does exist
I know the manga artists who created their own kind of looks
as well as those who write for shows instead of drawing comic books

I'm very well acquainted, too, with Japan's language barrier
Translating foriegn text can make the reader even wearier
But luck-i-ly for us we have the friendly vid'yo companies
who ship us lots of nifty stuff from sources that are overseas

I scan the 'net for videos and other stuff I can afford
I sit for hours on my butt and really never do get bored!
I've probably watched every single anime that does exist

I've seen the manga artist's work become a super TV show
Yuu Watase, N. Takeuchi, Takahashi Rumiko
They're all considered kamis by the av-er-age anime fan
Unforn'tely they all live somewhere far away, like in Japan

(duh!)

Even with the animes we cannot hope to understand
we still load up on videos and even more we do demand
A good example is Neon Genesis Evangelion
Despite it making little sense it really is a lot of fun!

It's really quite amazing how much stuff out there there really is
I'm very grateful to those companies like Kitty, Mixx,and 'specially Viz

Fushigi Yuugi, Slayers, Ah! My Goddess; I like all of those
Dragonball Z, and Pokemon, and Giant Robo, I suppose
But overall I think that every anime is really swell
Which makes my choosing which to buy a very diff'cult task as well

I do not see the reason why they like to dub imported stuff
I do like understanding but the english words are not enough
I really think the 'rig'nal voices make the show a better one
And trying to learn Japenese while watching them is sort of fun!

If anime is not your 'thing', I wonder why you're hearing this
Of course the point of what I'm saying you are surely gonna miss
I hope to one day to REALLY see all animes that do exist
